Comprehensive Guide to Configuring E-commerce.

Configuring the E-commerce Plugin is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly. Follow the steps below to customize your settings efficiently:

  1. Navigate to the Ottu Dashboard: Click on the three dots to reveal a dropdown list, then select Administration Panel.

  2. Locate E-commerce Configuration: In the Administration Panel, find the E-Commerce Config under the ECommerce section.

  3. Configuration Options: Upon accessing the E-commerce configuration, you'll have a range of customization options available to tailor the plugin to your specific needs.

General:

  • Redirect URL:

    Specifies the URL to which users are redirected once the payment process is complete.

  • Webhook URL:

    A URL designated to receive payment outcome notifications; it should respond with an HTTP status of 200 to confirm successful receipt.

  • Transaction Expiration Time:

    Defines the duration for which a transaction remains valid, formatted as [DD] [[HH:]MM:]ss.

  • Individual Proxy Fields Enabled: Allows customization of the transaction table header specific to the e-commerce plugin.

Fees and Security:

  • Charge Additional Fee to Merchant?:

    Specify any additional fees to be charged to the merchant, along with their respective amounts.

  • Enhance Plugin's Security:

    Enable API access and set up IP address whitelisting to increase security.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Display Terms and Conditions:

    Provide the content for the terms and conditions that will be shown to users.
