Single Authorized User: For better accountability and security, refund or void permission requests should be approved or rejected by a single . This user can be easily verified
Super and Staff Users: This feature is only mandatory for Staff users, while Super users enjoy greater freedom, they skip this flow by default.
Auto-Cancellation of Pending Requests: All requests will automatically be canceled after 48 hours by default, which can be customized from the backend to suit your needs.
