# Notification

A notification email will be triggered in the following cases:

* **When submitting the request:** \
  An email will be sent to the [authorized user](https://sandbox-doc.gitbook.io/ottu-team-sandbox-doc/user-guide-proposal/features/1.-refund-and-void-access-control/..#authorized-user) responsible for reviewing the request.
* **When the request is approved:** \
  An email will be sent to the user with the assigned permission.
* **When the request is rejected:** \
  An email will be sent to the requester.
