Notification Email.

A notification email will be triggered in the following cases:

• When submitting the request: An email will be sent to the authorized user responsible for reviewing the request.

• When the request is approved: An email will be sent to the user with the assigned permission.

• When the request is rejected: An email will be sent to the requester.
