Constraints and Restrictions on Section Elements.

From

• In the Plugin Fields Configuration, if a Type is defined as Custom with the Label [en] as Full Name and HTML Name as full_name, it will not be displayed in the From section.

• When the Units Configuration affects the From section, only the following parameters will be displayed: Name or title, Merchant Email, and Merchant Phone.

Plugin Fields Configuration overrides Unit Configuration.

The To section is affected only by Plugin Field Configuration, and only three elements can be displayed:

• Name:

  • Option 1: By incorporating two new Type: Builtin fields, namely First Name and Last Name.”

  • Option 2: By introducing a Type: Custom field Label [en] as Name with the HTML Name defined as full_name

  In cases the two above options applied, priority is given to the Option 1.

• Email:

  • Option1: Type defined as Custom Label [en] as Email HTML Name as customer_email

  • Option 2: Type defined as Builtin Display Section: null, and Field: Email.

• Phone:

  • By adding new field as: Type: Builtin, Display Section: null, and Field: Phone.

Order Description

Order Description section's is managed only through Plugin Fields Configuration.

The 'Order Description' section may not include the fields listed below with the specified values:

• Type: Builtin, Field: either First Name, Last Name, or Phone.

• Type: Custom field: Field with Label [en] as Full Name and the HTML Name defined as full_name
