To support this, Ottu provides a convenient currency exchange service that simplifies the payment process for both merchants and customers. This feature ensures a seamless transaction experience, even when intermediary banks impose markup fees for currency conversion.
Follow these two simple steps to set up the currency exchange feature:
1- Add a New Currency Exchange
Navigate to the Currency Exchanges section within the Currency Tab. Then, click on Add Currency Exchange to begin the setup process.
2- Define Currencies and Set the Exchange Rate
Enter the required parameters, including the currencies involved and the desired exchange rate. Once you've entered all necessary details.
