Contract Actions

Merchants can perform contract actions from various sections within the Ottu Real Estate Plugin, offering flexibility and ease of management.

Two primary ways to trigger contract actions:

1. Property Management

   • Navigate to the Property Management.

   • Locate the property containing the contract required to manage.

   • In the Contracts column corresponding to that property, find the specific contract.

   • Scroll to the end of the contract row and click on the three dots (⋮).

2. Tenant and Contract Management

   • Go to the Tenant and Contract Management section under the Main Listings.

   • Find the tenant associated with the contract you want to manage.

   • At the end of the tenant's row, click on the three dots (⋮).
