Generating Property Reports

Merchants can generate a PDF file containing information organized by each property. The report includes the following details:

• Unit Status

• Contract

• Contract Status

• Start Date

• Termination Date

• Contract End Date

• Tenant Name

• Phone Number

• Net Amount

• Pending Amounts

Additionally, Ottu empowers merchants to generate reports based on specific filtering parameters. By clicking on the Filter button, merchants can define the criteria needed to obtain customized reports tailored to their requirements.

How to Generate the PDF Report

1. Access the Property Management Table:

• Navigate to the Property Management section in your dashboard.

2. Define Filter Parameters (Optional):

• If you wish to apply specific filters, click on the Filter button and set your desired criteria.

3. Click the Print Button:

• From the Property Management table, click on the Print button.

  

4. Automatic PDF Generation:

• The PDF generation will start automatically after clicking the Print button.

5. Download the PDF File:

• Once the PDF is generated, you can download it to your device.

This feature allows merchants to easily obtain organized reports for each property, facilitating better management and record-keeping.
