Periodic Report
A Periodic Report is an automated report that runs on a regular schedule—daily, weekly, or monthly. It's ideal for businesses that want routine updates on transaction activity without manual exports.
From the Dashboard, click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner and select Administration Panel.
Navigate to Report → Periodic Transaction Report Config. Then click Add New Periodic Report.
Complete the following fields:
- Is Enabled?:
Indicates whether the report configuration is enabled. This parameter is automatically activated when the Report Generation Start Date, Period, and Cut-off Time are specified, and the Is Active checkbox is selected. The configuration will remain inactive and non-functional until all these conditions are met.
Click Save to apply the configuration.
Once configured and enabled, the report will be automatically generated at the specified intervals.
If email delivery is enabled, the report will be sent directly to the configured email addresses.
Users can also access and download the report from the Generated Reports section in the dashboard.
