Dashboard Report

A Dashboard Report is a simple, fast way to export transaction data directly from the Ottu dashboard. It is best used for quick access to transaction details without setting up scheduled or filtered reports. This method is plugin-specific, meaning each plugin (like e-commerce or payment request) has its own report configuration.

General Configurations

1. From the Ottu Dashboard, click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner, and select Administration Panel.

2. From Report → Dashboard Report Configs → Add Dashboard Report Config.

   

3. Under the General Configurations tab:

   • Check Is Active? box to enable the report.

   • Select the plugin (e.g., Payment request, E-commerce) from the Plugin dropdown list.

   

4. Save button should be clicked to proceed.

Generating the Report

1. Log in to Ottu Dashboard.

2. Navigate to the desired plugin (e.g., E-commerce).

3. Go to Transactions section and click on Export Transactions.

   

4. Select the desired fields. These fields are pre-configured—see the Customizing Report Fields section for details.

5. Select export format (e.g., CSV, XLSX).

   

6. Click Export to start the download process.

7. A snackbar message will appear: "Your export is completed. Please download it from the list below."

8. From Ottu Dashboard navigate to the Generated Reports section.

9. Click the down arrow next to the report to download the file.
