1.Why isn’t my Flexible Report sending?

Ensure Cut-off Time is set and Is Active is checked—both are required to activate the config. Please check here.

2.How do I change which fields show up?

In any report config, after saving general settings, click the Fields tab to move headers between Available and Selected. For more information, please check Customizing Report Headers section.

3.Can I include custom static values?

Yes—use Add Static Header in the Fields tab, define the field name, label, and default value. Please, refer to here.

4.Where do my exported files live?

All generated reports (Dash, Flexible, Periodic) are downloadable under Generated Reports in the dashboard sidebar.

5.My report shows outdated timestamps—why?

Check the Report Timezone or Cut-off Time settings. They determine which transactions are included.

6.How do I stop a periodic report?

Open its configuration, uncheck Is Active, then Save. The schedule will pause immediately. Please check here.
