URL Shortener Configuration

Discover the power of Ottu's URL Shortener Configuration. This section walks you through the setup, enabling you to create concise and efficient shortened links while providing insights into each configuration aspect.

1- Access the Configuration Panel

To configure the URL Shortener, go to the Ottu Dashboard > Administration Panel > Config > URL Shortener Configurations.

2- Add a New URL Shortener Configuration

Click on Add URL Shortener Configuration. After doing so, the following form will appear.

3- Configure URL Shortener Details

Below Information should be provided

  • URL shortening tool: Specify the tool used to shorten URLs.

  • API URL: Enter the API endpoint link.

  • User & Password: Provide the credentials required for authentication.

  • Is global: Check this box if the configuration should apply to all cases, making it a global setting.
